Completely unproffessional

I ordered flowers and they were never delivered. Never received a call back from the Florist. When I called them they told me that the driver could not find the address and therefore didn't deliver them. These people did not even apologize for their mistake. Do not use this establishment in the future to save yourself embarrassment.
