just to let the people who might consider using this florist,the glowing reviews you might have read here were posted by employees of this establishment.the one true word is in the negative review ARROGANT.there are plenty of other florists out there who dont use flowers that are over a week old.the only reason i picked one star is because that is the lowest rating allowed

They have great customer service and are known on the Island for their value. I like to go in and look at the fresh cut flowers. We had our 25th wedding anniv party flowers with them and we were so happy as the arrangements were unique and had hanging tea lites in a floating glass container. it was magical.they reccomended this and if was great. you can only go right with this florist.

My daughter had her wedding flowers created by Clarks and we received rave reviews from everyone. They were absolutely stunning! Compared to the other florists on Staten Island, they were reasonably priced and seemed more caring then the other florists we met with. They even stayed and helped pin boutonnieres on the groomsmen when they came to deliver everything. Her bouquets and centerpieces were so bright and exactly what we envisioned. Everytime my daughter looks at the pictures she remarks on how perfect her flowers were. Thank you so much Clarks!!!

THEY ARE ALWAYS SO NICE, AND GO OUT OF THIER WAY TO MAKE MY ORDERS SPECIAL. THE PHONE PEOPLE ARE KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE FLOWERS. THEY CAN EVEN GET LAST MINUTE DELIVERIES OUT. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!

They have terrible customer service!!!! I would never recommend them for anything they couldnt even handle one simple arrangement. They are nasty and arrogant people and do not stand by there 100% customer service guarantee.
